—And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren. Abram realized there was a problem. He wanted to seek a resolution. He was not determined to have his way or none. Abram was sensitive to the needs and desires of Lot as well.
